Title: Division Director Functional Role: Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager Department: Robert Half Technology Location: Los Angeles (Westwood) Terms: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: DOE (Salaried) Bonus Eligibility: Yes Robert Half International, a global leader in specialized staffing services, is looking for a division director to oversee the temporary/contract application development technology sector of Robert Half Technology. The division director will report to the branch manager and regional manager. The Division Director will have up to 6 direct reports. The division director will also be responsible for maintaining a personal book of business. Responsibilities

* Help recruit, interview, and train new recruiters and account executives

* Supervise recruiters and account executives on a daily basis and work with district management to establish and monitor sales metrics and KPI's etc.

* Be a primary level of escalation of customer-service oriented issues, etc.

* Conduct monthly performance reviews with direct-reports

* Market the services of Robert Half Technology to commercial clients in an effort to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, cold-calling, calling on leads and job postings, attending networking groups, and through the use of tools such as SalesForce.com, LinkedIn, our proprietary database, etc.

* Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients

* Qualify client job orders and establish plan to placement

* Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent

* Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges and local variances
