Below is some information about this position, then some details about our company. Some of the duties of the Account Executive are: Representing the agency to your assigned Clients, and representing your assigned Clients to the agency. Generating revenue and profits for the agency from the work that our client does for Clients assigned to you or which you've obtained. Converting prospects to Clients. Working with your assigned Clients to determine their marketing and advertising challenges, and then presenting our agency as the solution to those challenges. Working with your assigned Clients to show and tell them about the ideas we have for them, and to get their feedback, revisions, and approvals. Working as a team with other Account Executives and the Client Services Team Leader. Sitting in on creative meetings and helping to come up with and then execute advertising ideas, strategies, campaigns, etc. Mastering all media: Print, broadcast, direct mail, Internet, etc. Writing and typing proposals to be seen by Clients. Proofreading. Administrative functions within our systems and procedures, as needed. And many other duties, as needed. You will meet and speak with prospective Clients. Some of these prospects will have called us and some will be those you've identified. You will be expected to present our client to them in such a way as to attempt to gain them as new Clients. You will also be expected to seek referrals from your assigned Clients. Most of your time will be spent in the office, interfacing with your assigned Clients and prospects via phone, e-mail, etc. You will leave the office on a regular basis to meet with a Client or prospect at an outside location.
