The estate planning associate will be drafting estate planning documents, meeting with clients, and researching legal issues. The ideal estate planning associate should have 3+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration, including knowledge of the relevant state and federal tax laws. The ideal estate planning associate should possess excellent academic credentials, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
