Looking for a Night Concierge to temporarily support a luxury property complex. Must be able to work under no supervision, have excellent communication skills, and provide one of a kind customer service. Will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones and taking messages, receiving mail/packages, and greeting every resident and guest that walks in. Must have excellent problem resolution skills with the ability to utilize resources in order to assist with any concerns or inquires that residents might have. The Night Concierge must possess a friendly demeanor and sense of professionalism at all times. Experience working in the property management industry a plus and 2 or more years of customer service experience. Parking available on site.
