A West LA Real Estate Investment company is in need of a Front Desk Office Manger/Bookkeeper. Here you will be sitting up at the front desk and supporting the office of 8 employees. You will be responsible for answering phones, meeting and greeting guests, filing and ordering office supplies. In addition you will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and processing of invoices. This company will be moving to Yardi, so experience with that software is a plus. This is a full-time position that has good benefits. Full-time salary is $50-60K.
