TCG ATL is currently searching for a candidate to fill the role of Content Strategy Manager. In this job, you will act as the central business owner for the marketing campaigns content for lead gen, customer marketing and sales while working closely with key stakeholders for our client's multiple lines of business and with a content team in marketing to best position the client in all forms of communication and content. This will be an ongoing contract with the option for full-time for the right candidate.

*Requirements:* Responsibilities of the Content Strategy Manager include:

* Managing, creating and developing a content strategy to support marketing campaigns

* Helping to drive online media campaign conceptualization, creative execution, planning and testing as well as cohesive integration with cross-channel marketing (email, social, events) campaign efforts

* The ability to work very closely with the Brand and Customer Marketing Manager, as well as sales and product teams to define campaign objectives and measurement criteria as well as campaign positioning and messaging

* Driver of testing strategy and calendar across the campaign lifecycle optimizing the offer, targeted messaging and landing pages

* Developing and executing on the marketing communications strategy to drive engagement

* Leading the research for and the development of thought leadership content

* Producing customer content including knowledge base articles, updates, webinars, etc.

* Assisting with email campaign creation, deployment and social execution as needed

* Generating analytics data and reports to identify what is working, what is not, and what to adjust to ensure communication effectiveness

* Working effectively with and managing day-to- day relationships with internal customers, external agencies or service providers to ensure quality work is delivered on time and budget

* Working effectively with front end developers and design resources to convey objectives, needs and requirements. Qualifications:

* Experience managing and using marketing tools such as Wordpress, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Powerpoint and all social media platforms.

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Creative and inquisitive

* Understanding of user experience and customer personas

* Strong constructive thinking skills to analyze what is working / what is not relative to audience reach, engagement and interest of produced content

* Ability to deliver results in a team and independent environment

* Ability to influence others through insights and facts; ground perspectives in data and tangible learnings

* Bachelor of Arts college degree with a concentration in marketing, communications or design REQUIRED

* Marketing professional with 3+ years of experience within a direct marketing/advertising

* agency or technology company

* Consumer and online/digital marketing experience required

* Ability to successfully work in a culture-based company
