Robert Half Management Resources (RHMR) - HR Service Division is seeking a talented Sourcer for a Healthcare company in Sunnyvale! The Sourcer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting external candidates using direct sourcing methods for supported groups within the company. The Sourcer qualifies and develops those leads through a screening and tracking process. Major Key Job Duties / Accountabilities / Core Responsibilities:

* Identify candidates and generate pipeline, both active and passive, for approved and specified openings.

* Proactive sourcing for specified roles, initial research and sharing recruiting notes with staffing team members.

* Screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.

* Building relationships and executing creative and innovative recruiting strategies.

* Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking and web sourcing.

* Partner with the recruiters and recruiting coordinators to ensure a smooth candidate experience for every candidate that engages with the company.

* Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.

* Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

* Understanding of shifting business needs with the ability to change priorities with ease. This is an ongoing Contract opportunity. *Requirements:* Education/Qualifications and Requirements:

* 7-10+ years of sourcing experience. Experience recruiting for technology, experience with scientific roles highly desirable.

* AIRS Certification(s) preferred.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, third party resume databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies required.

* Demonstrated networking ability, including through the utilization of social media.

* Ability in understanding the marketplace and managing a large quantity of candidates on availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications.

* Ability to support multiple recruiters and manage shifting priorities.

* Excellent communication skills required.

* Experience in use of Boolean search or other competitive analysis tools a plus.
