Contracts Administrator/Paralegal is needed for a growing global investment bank specializing in merger-and-acquisition (M&A;) advisory, private capital raising, restructuring and valuation advisory services to the mid-market. This firm is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator/Paralegal in our Chicago office to assist our rapidly growing organization. The firm is looking for an experienced contract administrator/paralegal to perform certain legal work supporting both our domestic and international offices. They not anticipate travel will be required. This person will work under the supervision of our Manager of Legal Administration and collaboratively with other legal personnel in the processing of confidentiality agreements for a variety of legal processes. This person will have significant interaction with bankers, clients, potential clients and outside counsel. Successful candidates should be committed to excellence and motivated by the prospect of building a leading, global M&A; advisory firm. The primary duties are as follows: Confidentiality Agreements: Responsible for preparing, reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements for potential assignments; Responsible for processing confidentiality agreements with potential buyers and lenders participating in Lincolns sell-side and capital raise processes; Partnership and other corporate documentation; Assist with organizing and maintaining official corporate records, including all partnership and corporation agreements.
