Our client, an industry leading physical education, athletics, fitness, recreation, and health products distributor, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. The organization is located in Owatanna, MN. Due to recent changes within the team, they'd like someone to begin as soon as possible for a 3+ month time-frame. Position Overview: 1. Quickly and cost-effectively fill open positions with high-performing team members that meet the expectations of the position(s) and fit the culture of the organization. Own the entire recruitment process beginning with conducting a thorough in-take session with hiring manager, post open positions, interview and identify qualified candidates, and manage offer acceptance process. 2. Manage the entire on-boarding process of new hires to ensure successful integration into the organization. Work closely with hiring managers to develop programs that ensure a seamless transition of new hires into respective departments. Accurately maintain the monthly new hire orientation schedule and ensure all candidates successfully complete. 3. Develop and maintain an appropriate social media presence. Maintain communications such as HR intranet site and social media communications. Update electronic communication boards. Exemplify and communicate the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
