Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager for a small healthcare facility located in Northern Baltimore. The Finance and Accounting Manager will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial functions. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, and serve as primary contact with funding agencies, insurance companies, as well as billing and contract issues. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as the organization continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity.
