We need someone part time, 20 hours/week from 3/6/17 to 3/31/17. The Associate Director of UX combines stellar user experience architecture & analytical skills with creative thinking. They are experts at generating ideas based on a project/creative brief, sketching those ideas and bringing them to life digitally. User Experience Architects are extremely passionate about the user experience and are unwavering advocates for the user. The Associate Director of UX manages multiple projects in tandem with a multi-disciplinary team, estimates the level of effort with the Project Manager, and creates site architecture deliverables: wireframes, user flows, site maps, etc. This individual will also lead a team, develop usability test plans, performance management reports and make sure that all milestones are met within the timeline agreed upon by the Project Manager and Director of UX.
