* Job Summary*
Robert Half is seeking an *Executive Leader of Human Resources* who will lead the Human Resource function as a critical member of the senior management team of the company. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in a global company, having driven HR programs in growing environment(s).
The Sr. Vice President, Human Resources will lead, manage, and develop a team of ~100 HR professionals, as well as build critical relationships with leadership to strategically and effectively facilitate integration of human resources services and best practices across all entities in the areas of: talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compensation, benefits, compliance, HRIS and HR projects.
The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to lead an HR organization with consistent practices, efficient operations, and streamlined processes across a global, multi-site and matrix organization. This person will provide evidence of leading successful rollouts of new initiatives in partnership with business leaders, and the ability to champion positive, trusting relationships between HR professionals and the organization.
Immediate and ongoing needs include: strategic skills and in-depth knowledge in sales and sales management compensation; outsource vendor management; infrastructure build and scaling; employee engagement; and benefits design and administration and HR systems implementations for a global organization.
* Key Responsibilities*
* Plan strategic initiatives, define goals, and implement effective HR business plans to drive business results for our global staffing, corporate and Protiviti operations.
* Provide vision and strategic leadership to the organization in addressing critical human resource opportunities and challenges.
* Identify, lead, and partner with other executive leaders to develop a unified global culture that inspires and fosters high performance and high employee engagement, learning, innovation, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the senior leadership team.
* Ensure that our compensation, employee benefits, and culture are attractive and competitive to attract and retain high-performing employees.
* Work to establish equitable compensation programs for all levels of the Company. Ensure compensation structure is in alignment with the organization’s compensation philosophy, as well as its recruitment and retention goals.
* Oversee the analysis and preparation of executive, employee, and outside director compensation programs, as well as the bonus and incentive program(s).
* Establish, communicate, educate, and optimize benefit programs that most optimally balance employee satisfaction and well-being with the organization’s financial resources.
* Manage benefit programs and work with brokers to develop and maintain competitive programs for ~12,000 employees and 200,000+ temporary professionals.
* Manage 401k, deferred savings, and stock programs.
* Develop and administer annual human resources budget, and manage expenses to budget.
* Monitor evolving government influences on management policies, processes and practices, and ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, employee health, and safety, etc.
* Ensure the visibility of HR and promote a positive presence with employees at all levels through effective human resource services, programs, and communications.
* Continually assess the competitiveness of all human resources programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
* Establish recruitment best practices that result in the hiring of a high performance workforce in a timely manner. Lead the organization in identifying talent needs, hiring A‐players, and developing and retaining outstanding people focused on achieving stretch objectives and beating the competition.
* Develop HRIS capability in order to streamline processes and provide critical data for development of HR strategy. Analyse, measure, and report on key HR performance indicators.

* Qualifications:*
* Education & Certification/ License Credentials*
* Undergraduate degree from a recognized university in business, economics or other relevant program.
* MBA or advanced degree is preferable.
* Advanced education in human resources, SPHR certification, or organizational design strongly desired.
* Comparable experience may be substituted.
* Functional Competencies – Skills, Knowledge & Experience*

* 15+ years of Human Resource leadership experience with a strong business partner background and a broad understanding of all functional aspects of HR. Must have experience building out global HR systems, programs, and processes. Prefer experience in large companies that have a robust sales and sales management culture.
* HR leadership experience in multi-site/globally dispersed/matrix organization is strongly preferred.
* Depth of experience in compensation and benefits including strategy, design, implementation, and administration using performance metrics. Knowledge and previous work with ACA as well as strength in sales and sales management compensation is required.
* Proven track record of success in dynamic, fast growth, results oriented, and multi-cultural global organizations.
* Proven history of effective interactions with diverse stakeholders located in multiple countries.
* Demonstrated experience managing outsourced vendors related to benefits, HRIS and talent management systems required.
* Must have experience leading and coaching a management team.
