Integration Manager We are currently looking for an Integration Manager to assist in launching new clientele, products and services. This will require the ability manage internal and external resources. The Integration manager will manage the engagement process from initial customer meetings and will be responsible for documenting and setting the direction and tempo of the engagement process. The integration Manager will document client meeting objectives and outcomes and will provided updated to management throughout the integration. The integration manager will work closely with Vendors, internal and external teams to assure solutions are implemented accurately and on time. The Integration Manager will act as a knowledge base regarding customer specifications for internal staff and will act as a final requirements check prior to turning products and services to clientele. The Integration Manager should have a technical background in networking and have a solid grasp of IT Security Operations in multi-platform environments. Integration responsibilities will require a an aptitude for the development of knowledge base documentation, project status and metric reports, managing change control documents and setting communication plans. Any Project Management and or Technical Analyst skills are greatly desired. Location: Tampa, FL Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, Vision
