**The Creative Group**is very selectively searching for an enthusiastic, data-driven **Director of Product Management**to lead our clients Consumer Product team in Atlanta. This **Director of Product Management** will have a unique opportunity to form a new product organization, shaping the team from its inception as we build out a strategy to disrupt the rental marketplace. Our client is looking for a creative, passionate leader who has demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing product organizations. This **Director of Product Management**role will be responsible for the digital product experience across clients portfolio of brands and associated mobile products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Lead team of 6-8 high-performing product managers, product owners, and product analysts. Responsible for recruiting, performance management, and career mentorship.
* Partner with VP of Product and Executive Team to define and execute on a vision to disrupt the rental marketplace.
* Develop data-driven consumer product strategy for the portfolio of brands and oversee tactical execution within agile product teams. Partner with Head of SEO and Head of UX to form leadership triad and deliver best in breed consumer product experience while meeting aggressive traffic growth targets.
* Work cross-functionality with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to align product vision and communicate product benefits and performance.
* Develop set of KPIs and execute reporting and analytics plan to generate weekly executive level reports to monitor consumer trends. Produce board-level materials to communicate product performance.
* Partner with Head of UX to support A/B testing cycles, create consumer hypotheses and testing opportunities, review outcomes of tests in progress, and own implementation decisions.
* Develop partnerships with 3rd party analytics firms and execute RFPs to bring best-in class measurement systems in-house. Mentor product and analytics teams on implementation and usage of 3rd party measurement tools. Leverage 3rd party tools for deep consumer insights.
* Maintain a firm grasp on the competitive landscape, delivering ongoing insights and observations within the rental marketplace and across related industries. Stay on top of latest industry topics, trends, news, and research tools.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* 10+ years of Product Management experience.
* 5+ years experience leading product organizations.
* BA/BS in technical/analytical discipline (computer science, engineering, mathematics) from top-tier school, MBA strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience developing strategic roadmaps and managing execution of large-scale initiatives in high performing organizations.
* Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills; experience building financial and strategic revenue forecasts.
* Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable operating between technical and strategic functions.
* Experience delivering strong B2C products in digital organizations (media, e-commerce, high tech); real estate experience a plus.
