Our client, a healthcare firm, is looking for a detailed Compensation Analyst to join their Finance department in Westchester County, NY. The Compensation Analyst is primarily responsible the financial analysis related to physicians' compensation. In addition to compensation analysis, the duties of the Compensation Analyst include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with cost accounting functions including general ledger accounting reconciliations and quarterly/month-end tasks
* Maintaining accurate financial records within Lawson software system Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of financial analysis experience to be considered for this role. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience using Lawson 10.0 software required. Compensation analysis experience preferred.
