*Requirements:*

* This role is a primary (SME) subject matter expert for supporting the implementation of materials planning and MRP processes as part of a 4 year JDE ERP program across operations.

* Assess current state processes, data, systems, etc. and assess gaps and communicate accordingly across teams to support standardization and change management

* Work to standardize and or enable processes as part of the implementation; work in conjunction with the JDEdwards ERP consultants, business lead(s) and cross-functional team to help the local Business Units implement ERP/MRP related processes

* Support unit testing, CRP testing, documentation prep, change-management and go-live/post go-live support

* Provides leadership for responsible project work streams and drives project scope leading to continuous improvement of processes and capabilities beyond the initial delivery.

* Other responsibilities as needed by the project team and / or the local business unit Required Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related

* APICS and/or ISM certification (a PLUS)

* Strong experience and knowledge of MRP/ERP concepts 5+ years of supported experience

* Possesses sound knowledge and experience in successfully deploying / supporting 5 (demand planning, forecasting, materials planning, inventory, production, scheduling, capacity planning, etc.)

* Ability to analyze, identify, and implement opportunities and corporate initiatives for improvement that have measurable impact

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* SIOP / S&OP; Experience Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning

* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

* Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks

* Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent prioritization skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively interact with all levels.

* Willingness to travel 75% (M-TH)
