*Requirements:*

* Perform administration functions for Atlassian products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket

* Implement new JIRA workflows and enhancements according to standards

* Design and implement JIRA integrations with Crowd, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack

* Design and implement highly available, scalable platform for Atlassian and Jenkins solutions

* Design and implement archival and maintenance plans for the Atlassian and Jenkins platforms to improve performance

* Develop strategies and deploy solutions for configuration management and automated infrastructure, builds, and deployments leveraging Jenkins, Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker, Puppet, Chef) to create infrastructure that is repeatable and scalable

* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows & Linux production systems

* Deploy and configure Web servers: Apache, IIS

* Develop and execute security standards and recovery plans that defend the business from threats including data loss, disaster, and security breaches

* Design and implement effective monitoring schemes that promote proactive discovery and resolution of issues.

* Work with product vendors for problem escalation and resolution

* Proactively perform research related to Atlassian plug-ins and upgrades and then implement pilots to demonstrate product capabilities

* Periodically develop training materials and conduct training in regards to Atlassian product suite and Jenkins continuous build and deployment process.

* Experience with Active Directory and server security and domain administration.

* Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance and support. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE Required:

* Minimum 4+ years Dev/Ops experience in Windows and/or Linux environment

* Minimum 2+ years as Atlassian Administrator (JIRA, Crowd, Confluence, Bitbucket)

* Minimum 2+ years Jenkins Administrator for Continuous Build and Deployment BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE Desired:

* Experience in automated configuration management and infrastructure using tools such as Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker, Puppet, Chef

* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux production systems

* Deploy and configure Web servers: Nginx, Node.js EDUCATION

* The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
