Create a three-year roadmap by prioritizing technical capabilities, business goals and user value that is identified through user testing. Main duties and responsibilities: Senior Designer is responsible for the development, design and execution of creative concepts for leading-edge Marketing and Web solutions. He/she also plays a design leadership role on an account/track of work, managing entry level designers and collaborating with developers, IA, copywriter and content strategists as a part of the creative process.

*Requirements:* Graphic Production & Prepress:

* Lead execution and production of existing concepts to provide complete deliverables, creating style/brand guides and templates when applicable.

* Ensure quality, creating standards and prepare deliverable for handoff to developers, client, printers etc.

* Print and bind comp mock-ups as needed.

* Ensure that files are set up correctly for printers and applies understanding of 4-color process, digital and large format printing

* Work with print manager to spec projects. Assist in press checks when needed. Design & Layout:

* Create multiple layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability.

* Work collaboratively with UX, copywriters, project management, other designers and production team

* Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear direction to others

* Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences

* Execute an existing design system and create new ones with minimal creative direction.

* Provide rationale for design choices. Assure design meets business objectives as stated in creative brief. Motion & Animation:

* Create storyboards animations (identifying the range of assets to be used, the story to be told, etc). Concept Development & Presentation:

* Develop ideas based on criteria in creative brief.

* Present ideas with rationale to senior leadership and to clients

* Develop style of the presentation for existing concepts/directions. Determine best format to execute upon ideas.

* Support Art Directors with directing and managing 4-5 entry level designers to help develop sketches/storyboards to present to senior team. Assist in rationale and strategy for ideas in final deck. Brand Assessment & Development:

* Evaluate a brand's visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (print, online marketing, Web site, packaging, etc) with little guidance and oversight

* Compare the brand's expression across different channels and identify consistencies & inconsistencies etc.

* Document findings.

* Create summary scorecard to depict high-level findings.

* Sketch logo and wordmark ideas with direction from senior team.

* Explore appropriate typographic, photographic and color treatments for the brand.

* Document stylistic rules appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium with oversight including color palette, typography and logo/wordmark guidelines. Requirements: Healthcare experience is VERY ideal
