Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements and schedules accordingly to monthly close schedule; Analyze, review, and prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close, expense, accruals, amortization, and cost allocations; Maintain general ledger; Summarize financial status by collecting data; prepare balance sheet account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, and other statements; Prepare monthly account reconciliation and audit schedules for balance sheet accounts as requested by external auditors; Support review month end income statements of operational units to ensure accuracy of transactions; Prepared and record assets, liability, revenue, and expenses; Assist with financial and tax audits; Document and monitor internal controls; Prepare tax returns and corporate reporting requirements; and Projects as assigned.
