TCG is looking for a Marketing Assistant for a client in Santa Fe Springs. The Marketing Assistant will: -Process sales and customer support inquiries, including literature request fulfillment, training workshop materials coordination & fulfillment -Maintain customer/prospect/lead contact database -Process trade show leads, including updating contact database, literature request fulfillment, preparation for sales follow-up -Maintain departmental process, reference and expense tracking spreadsheets, including literature request tracking, trade show and training events tracking, marketing expense tracking, internal dealer listing -Update and maintain company websites using administrative interface, including updating dealer locator listings, updating trained applicator listings, updating training events listings, updating download files/links -Assist with trade show preparations, including filling out forms, submitting & tracking internal check requests, assembling & packing display shipments, managing all tasks against strict time lines and deadlines -Maintain literature inventory, including printing and collating materials to replenish sales binder inventories, coordinating with warehouse staff to store overstock and access overstock for in-house replenishment -Process co-op funds requests from customers -Assist with conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys, including coordinating with sales to obtain contact details for target respondents, making outbound calls to customers to request participation and follow-up calls to obtain details regarding any low ratings -Assist with production/execution of email announcements and newsletters -Obtain vendor quotes and provide comparisons -Assist with managing purchase orders, including creating/updating department purchase order forms, order expediting -Coordinate and prepare direct mailings -Create/Update presentations -Conduct competitive and industry research and format information for analysis and presentation -Support special projects as needed Click here to begin: http://www.creativegroup.com/Register?wamAccountInfo_2.SPID=cba35255fcccbe042f6b282be12896b7 or email elaine.buhler@creativegroup.com
