Management Resources, part of the $1B consulting arm of Robert Half, is currently hiring Financial Business Systems Analysts to be part of our full time permanent practice that includes permanent salary as well as access to Fortune 500 benefits. The main responsibilities of the Financial Business Systems Analyst include: *Motivated, engaged, organized self-starter with strong financial and managerial reporting analytic skills. Demonstrates the ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment, decision-making, accuracy, creativity and initiative. *Support collaboration and coordination of financial and operational data information flows and submissions with other global staffs and business units *Oversee data processing activities to provide robust and reliable analytics and decision support data *Develop desk procedures on how to execute regularly occurring weekly and month end tasks *Setup a regular communication with regional finance staff to go over critical dates and process changes *Participate in meetings with finance and accounting staff to understand and implement budget, reporting and accounting changes *Share best practices amongst global user community to drive process improvement & consistency *Oversee change/incident/problem management activities as necessary, including support for end user Help Desk *Ensure that all application related information security policies are followed especially access controls, change management reviews, and information security impact assessments *Actively participate as a team member on project teams to ensure operational readiness of new system deployments or system enhancement *In conjunction with IT, solves Data Warehouse production data quality problems and recommend new methods to analyze and resolve data integrity challenges *Suggest improvements to corporate analytic systems, operational run books and timetables *Work with Master Data Governance team to define gold sources of data to be used for the report analytics data, identify key process and data owners. *This role will allow for hands on use of data profiling & cleansing tools. *Maintain a robust system access control provisioning process and manages periodic access review compliance activities. *Other financial systems duties as assigned Salary will be based on experience level in the role of Business Systems Analyst.
