A client of ours has an urgent need for a part time Help Desk technician. This Help Desk technician will be required to work in 4 hour blocks, Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday, with Thursday being the only required 8 hr day. Essential Duties Provide excellent customer service by responding in a timely manner to all requests, keeping all parties up to date on any follow-up, and being available to resolve IT issues.
