The Creative Group is selectively searching for an experienced** _Marketing Automation Specialist_**. You can demonstrate a history that includes lead generation programs using outbound email, inbound marketing, outbound phone calls, conference and tradeshow attendance, social media posts, and other demand generation methods. Have an understanding of lead scoring and lead nurturing approaches and experience designing lead generation programs using these methods. Possess project management skills and have the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Familiarity with **_Hubspot_** and B2B marketing automation tools is required.

**Responsibilities:**

* Help develop, manage and optimize the demand generation funnel, responsible for generating marketing qualified leads, and finding new ways to grow the pipeline while building efficiency
* Establish marketing lead generation programs utilizing innovative techniques, industry best-practices, and the full breadth of the marketing mix to supply sales reps with qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline
* Manage sales team marketing calendar and internal sales operations personnel in executing marketing campaigns and reviewing results
* Create marketing content and assist sales team in articulating the company’s solutions and value-led messaging. Create email content, PowerPoint content, and website content, for use in prospect demand generation.
* Conduct prospect research and build lists of high probability prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info and data.com.
* Plan and build, with appropriate team members, all avenues of demand generation, whether it is inbound or outbound campaigns.
* Responsible for measuring and communicating the effectiveness of all demand activities.
* Provide consistent communication, including dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, campaign ROI, program analyses and recommendations to senior management.
* Work with Marketing and Sales Operations on processes that ensure we maintain clean data to enable targeted marketing program
* Conduct prospect research and build lists of high probability prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info and data.com.
* Plan and build, with appropriate team members, all avenues of demand generation, whether it is inbound or outbound campaigns.
* Responsible for measuring and communicating the effectiveness of all demand activities.

* Work with Marketing and Sales Operations on processes that ensure we maintain clean data to enable targeted marketing program
* Partner with the sales team to test, build and scale new market opportunities in current markets, as well as develop experiments in new sectors and regions
* Define and implement marketing programs that drive prospect engagement, and promote value to prospects.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; an MBA degree is a plus.
* Experience in demand generation, lead nurture, loyalty programs, content marketing and sales enablement
* Should have solid understanding of CRM/SFA (Salesforce.com in particular) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot is preferred). Experience using web analytics to determine prospect engagement (Lead Forensics is preferred)
* 3-5 years demand generation experience in B2B environment
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Excellent writing skills – ability to create persuasive and visually appealing content
* Strategic thinking and vision, with demonstrable experience translating concepts and ideas into programs that yield successful results.
* 3+ years experience Email Marketing experience required
