**The Creative Group** is looking for a talented **Marketing Coordinator** for our clients team in Atlanta. Under the direction of supervisors, the **Marketing Coordinator** will provide support to the Marketing and Business Development Department and practice support for the firms Corporate, Corporate Technology and Intellectual Property practices. This **Marketing Coordinator** individual will perform various support functions related to Business Development and Client Event activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Regularly update and maintain all marketing materials for assigned practice areas.
* Manage and develop content for various blogs (WordPress).
* Create targeted prospect/strategic partner list reports using Interaction CRM.
* Serve as main Marketing point of contact.
* Revise, update and maintain all Marketing materials for assigned practice areas.
* Submit weekly Business Development reports using Interaction CRM.
* Prepare pitch materials for meetings, including PowerPoint.
* Coordinate annual holiday gifts to clients.
* Provide marketing orientation to new associates in assigned practice areas.
* Assist with the submission of attorneys for award recognition.
* Manage and coordinate all events for the Corporate, Corporate Technology and Intellectual Property practices including, but not limited to: Monthly investor receptions; Seminars/Webinars; External events and Hosting of clients, strategic partners.
* Work with attorneys to develop content articles and multimedia.
* Manage social presence LinkedIn/Twitter.
* Manage and develop content for various blogs (WordPress).
* Work with PR to maximize exposure for practice news, industry events, and recent developments.
* Coordinate event and association sponsorships.
* Set up booths and represent firm at tradeshows and conferences.
* Develop programs for local associations and incubators with attorneys.
* Network and develop business leads at events.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Bachelors degree required, a focus on marketing or business administration is preferred
* 3+ years of related experience required
* Technology industry sector knowledge or experience considered a real plus
* WordPress/CMS experience preferred
* Law firm experience or experience in a client-facing role strongly preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Intermediate skills in Adobe Suite products (InDesign, Photoshop)
* CRM experience preferred
* Graphics and video capabilities preferred (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
* Enthusiastic and a strong focus on client service with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm
* Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing workload
* Ability to manage schedules and timelines for each project/initiative
