TCG is looking for an Event Coordinator for an exciting company in Irvine. The Event Coordinator is responsible for all duties assigned by Event Director. The Event Coordinator will help support the events team to prepare for their annual Global Trade Conference located in Las Vegas. Responsibilities: Accuracy of all data: including housing lists/travel and ensuring data is relevant and easily understandable. Create templates/data spreadsheets Event Travel- Ensure that monthly reports are received and Finance Research and understand the needs of the event and the space meeting Set updates/meetings to ensure that deliverables are being met from the recognition dept. and that data is accurate Department filing is maintained and accurate To apply email elaine.buhler@creativegroup.com
