A merges and acquisitions firm in West LA is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis. The office environment is very professional and the ideal Receptionist will have a professional demeanor. As the Receptionist, you will answer phones, insert information into excel spreadsheets, file, schedule meetings, and perform other clerical duties. In addition, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will manage office supplies and the cleanliness of the office. A college degree preferred but not required. This position will pay $35K full-time plus bonus. Full-benefits are offered including health, dental, vision and 401K.
