Analyze trends that emerge from multiple tickets to help provide other technical teams actionable information to address. Communication liaison among client-facing teams, technical teams and vendors. Recognize and analyze problems of high complexity, and communicate findings to product management. Manage multiple requests with competing priorities. Conduct root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or application problems of high complexity.
