OfficeTeam has an immediate need for a Bilingual Sales Manager for a company in North Denver that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of quality food and food-related products. This person would Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a district. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies. Responsibilities: Directly supervise 6 to 15 employees in the Sales Department Regularly contacts customer base by phone and/or traveling through assigned territory to solicit orders Contact prospective customers to solicit orders, and establish new relationships Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives Hire/train employees, direct sales, forecast activities, prepare reports, set performance goals, and assign new sales territories Advise vendors, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques Recommend/approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from a four year university or 5 years related experience/equivalent combination of education and experience Current drivers license and auto insurance required Mathematic Skills: must be able to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
