*Requirements:* Position Description Manages all social media and digital marketing campaigns, plans promotional strategy and measures and analyzes results. Responsible for development and maintenance of Atlantia's website and all print advertising. Key Responsibilities
* Creates, develops and implements digital marketing strategies and campaigns
* Monitors competitors' social media and analyses pricing and features
* Designs and maintains our social media presence
* Defines target market and ensures the marketing strategy is working
* Implements a strategy that converts fans and followers to buying customers
* Measures and analyzes sales from campaigns and calculates ROI
* Assists in planning for new and creative growth strategies
* Plans and creates content for all media releases
* Analyzes sales of new products for slow moving and possible dead stock
* Optimizes landing pages and user funnels
* Manages all print advertising Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to set clear objectives for a solid strategy on all media campaigns. Should have good design skills and ideas that assist in increasing customer engagement and be highly creative. Need a good knowledge of website analytic tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords. Training, Education, and Experience
* Minimum 3 years' in Marketing with a focus on social media marketing campaigns
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
* Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
* Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Excel Critical Success Factors
* Proven success in implementing creative digital marketing strategies
* Must have existing relationships with digital media contacts and influencers
* Proven demonstration of commitment to employer's overall vision and values
