Under the general direction of the Manager of Security and Compliance, this position is responsible for maintaining the security of the companys data, systems, and network. This position will administer security platforms including but not limited to intrusion detection system, e-mail security filtering, web content filtering, change detection, endpoint security, and data loss prevention. This position will also evaluate and implement new security platforms that strengthen the security posture of the company. This position handles security incident identification and resolution by formulating and implementing solutions and directing escalating issues to systems engineers as necessary. This position participates in application and infrastructure implementation project teams to security architectures using industry best practices.
