Our client, a boutique Venture Capital firm, with $2B AUM, which focuses on investing in early stage to fully-built out technology startups is looking for a Fund Accountant to join its growing accounting team. Open due to growth in portfolio and a strong pipeline of potential acquisition and IPO deals, the fund accountant will: - Responsible for the monthly end closed for an assigned group of funds as well as management company, including quarterly reporting. - Assist Senior Accountant with capital call and distribution notifications. - Assist Controller with year-end audit and tax support preparation.
