The Creative Group is very selectively searching for an experienced **Digital Content & Social Media Specialist** **- B2B**to join our client’s team in Atlanta. Our client designs and delivers innovative and proven marketing and sales-team solutions for companies of all sizes in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Information Technology and Telecom industries and relevant routes to market including Retail and B2B.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services the **Digital Content & Social Media Specialist** **- B2B**will create high-traffic blog & social media content, grow our followers, engage, retain, and help convert them into leads using shareable creative projects and campaigns.

The **Digital Content & Social Media Specialist** **- B2B** will support the Commercial/B2B Business Unit organization stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, recruiting relations, community management, and channels/verticals. Goals include: attracting site traffic and social followers, driving new sales leads, empowering sales with relevant content to send client prospects, and fueling PR and influencer relations with appropriate constituent groups. The primary responsibility is content creation that is robust, track-able, measurable, and accountable to ROI.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Content Creation + Distribution** is primary responsibility –

* Create targeted content that answers prospects' and customers' basic questions and needs and generates need awareness, then share that content via multiple, inbound channels, and tailored to appropriate personas.
* Develop the process to scale content output.
* Make data driven decisions to move the content engagement forward and hit company targets and goals.
* Serve as an evangelist for our company and brand by engaging and driving PR/influencer relations.
* Integrate content creation, publishing and analytics tools to focus on publishing the right content in the right place at the right time.
* Responsible for social customer care.
* Ensure all organization stakeholders’ needs are met.
* SEO, SEM and Keyword proficiency.
* Maximize content strategy by repurposing assets to fit appropriate digital channel. Knowledge of batch processing is a plus.
* Manage a master calendar.
* Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and industry both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us.
* Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
* Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
* Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target customer and job seeker base.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content assets each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other important KPI’s.
* Blog on an on-going basis in support of our corporate initiatives to attract site visitors through search, social and our email subscribers.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Marketing or related field required or equivalent working experience
* 3+ years experience in marketing, content writing and creation and social media.
* Knowledge of and experience working in the Commercial/B2B Industry.
* Proven experience creating content for the web across several disciplines and media (email, blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, video, rich-media, text)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
* Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
* A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
* Proficiency in social listening tools like Sysomos. (or similar tool)
* Ability to use Marketo automation tool. (or similar tool)
* Ability to segment social followers/lists and conversations by lifecycle stage and engage accordingly.
* Experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Demand Generation Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Blogging, SEO, Keyword Optimization, Word Press, Goggle Analytics, Sysomos, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Insights and Ads, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Mac OS X
