The Creative Group has a client looking for a Marketing Communications Manager. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for initiating, developing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and communications that support the client's Employee Protection Solutions business unit. This person will need to understand how to genuinely connect with customers by building awareness, educating and driving them to take action. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of communication activities including content creation, promotional events, website marketing and marketing collateral creation in order to drive revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate has excellent initiative, interpersonal, communication as well as writing and organization skills. Must have a great work ethic and a get-it-done attitude. Responsibilities include: - Developing B2C and B2B strategy and implementing effective campaigns to drive acquisition and retention while increasing market share and meeting business, marketing and client objectives. - Creating content for marketing communications including press releases, product and event announcements, newsletters, email campaigns and various marketing tactics. - Managing the day-to-day updates of client website, social media schedules and content and email automation campaigns. - Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders. - Collaborating with and supporting National Account Executives, Implementation Directors and Client Relationship Advisors in the development of marketing communications to ensure appropriate and consistent brand messaging.
