Computer Savvy Administrative Assistant needed in Solano County! OfficeTeam currently has an opening for results-oriented Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their careers in the financial industry. In this exciting role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties, for the Human Resources department of a well established financial company in Solano County. Also, this detailed orientated Administrative Assistant will primarily be working in Microsoft PowerPoint. We're looking for someone who can collaborate with multiple departments, in an effort to create graphics and animations using PowerPoint. Also, this highly skilled Administrative Assistant should be intermediate to advanced with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create V- lookup/ pivot tables create templates/ formulas, and manipulate data.
