The ideal candidate will have a technical background; (preferably in software/SaaS and procurement / supply chain) and possess the ability to use this technical knowledge, and insight along with a talent and creativity in writing to distill detailed product information and concepts into relevant and compelling marketing content that helps attract and engage customer's. This position will become the subject matter expert on the company's technology, products and platform and will report to the Head of Marketing. * Become a market expert; develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products, maintain technical analyses of industry competitive strengths and weaknesses and be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; and how to win

* Be our customer expert, work with them to better understand how they buy, buying criteria and goals

* Create and publish industry solution briefs, product data sheets, technical white papers, and sales presentations to demonstrate the business impact of the company's technology, including the creation of: customer facing product content (Power Point presentations; product demonstrations; product videos; etc. - self-contained product demonstrations, as well as interactive product/technology/company presentations to be used in online marketing and as sales or support collateral)

* Create product and value propositions; train sales, customer success, and partners on positioning

* Develop regular thought leadership content for the company's blog to encourage customer acquisition

* Work with product management and engineering to help define product roadmap, clearly communicate product and solution architecture to company and diagrams that will help visualize our solution

* Collaborate, help build, and manage product launch, develop strategies that will achieve market share, and devise plan that allows the company to hit global revenue goals

* Participate at events and evangelize the differentiated value proposition of the product(s)

* Develop keynote presentations to be used by customers, marketing, sales and BD teams
