OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with strong administration and/or event planning skills to join our marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will assist with all Marketing related activities including planned events such as trade shows, partner events, project coordination, list management, campaigns, advertising, PR, social media and community management, and website and intranet updates. The successful candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in either an office assistant or executive assistant role. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with creating and maintaining project-planning documents, verify costs, schedule meetings, order/distribute supplies/materials Assist with event planning; documentation, shipping, accommodations, order/distribute supplies, asset management and reporting Assist with email marketing campaigns and e-newsletters from prepping contact lists to online setup, deployment and reporting Manage companys social media communities on YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, and Twitter Publish approved blogs and articles: collect final assets, proof read, send for review and publish Assist in the coordination and delivery of content-driven marketing resources including corporate videos and e-books Maintain LMIs marketing databases (CRM, file management and communications databases) to ensure it is up-to-date and organized Maintain quality control on all documents, through diligent proof reading and monitor files are created with the correct naming convention Respond to marketing requests as needed from various departments Other general Marketing Department projects as required REQUIREMENTS Minimum diploma or certificate in Marketing or Business Administration Minimum 2 years of office administration experience mandatory Event planning skills an asset Working with marketing and agency teams in high-tech B2B industry an asset Ability to use Mac and/or Windows computers with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to creatively work individually or in teams Handle the pressure to meet multiple projects and changing deadlines Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, highly collaborative in nature A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take initiative If you are excited about the endless opportunities and growth of 3D Scanning and Sensor technology, please send your resume and cover letter to careers@lmi3d.com.
