Information Technology and Security Manager We are looking for a successful candidate with knowledge required to lead the infrastructure and security team for SaaS Operation. The right candidate will have prior experience in leading teams of networking, security, system administrators and helpdesk specialists. Candidates must have handled full data center management responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Security & Compliance - Analyze Security technology trends and develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery processes designed for agility and cost effectiveness. Current focus is on cloud hosting and physical data center security, while maintaining compliance and integrity of PCI/PII/HIPAA data. Provide leadership, direction and guidance in assessing and evaluating information security risks and monitor compliance with security standards and appropriate policies. Demonstrates an understanding of comprehensive security programs, including technologies and tools, architectures and network and application design, and policies / business aspects of risk. Lead the management and upgrade of effective and reasonable policies and procedures to secure protected and sensitive data, including PCI/PII, and ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretation. Work with external auditors to proactively remediate any gaps and ensure on-going compliance with appropriate certifications. Respond to on-going client security reviews.
