*Requirements:* Florida (Remote Opportunity) - Robert Half is working with a Multinational Publishing and Information Company who is seeking a Real Estate Attorney for a temporary Attorney Editor position. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience as a real estate law attorney, including experience drafting, reviewing, and counseling clients on topics such as: letters of intent, due diligence in the commercial leasing and/or sale context, commercial lease, purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate secured loan agreements, and real property liens. Responsibilities may include: Draft forms for a wide range of real estate law topics including commercial real estate leasing, purchases and sales, commercial real estate secured loans, as well as residential real estate closings and condominium and community associations related documentation and content. Conduct research in case law, treatises, and various other legal resources as well as complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines. Candidates must be actively licensed in Florida. Experience on law review or law journal is a plus. This position will begin as soon as the right candidate is found and requires approximately 20-40 hours/week. The client is open to remote work for the right candidate. This role is expected to last 6+ months, with the possibility of extension.
