As the Engagement Specialist your key responsibilities will include: assisting with strategy, managing and coordinating programs and tactics designed to drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will be the primary executor ensuring successful engagement project delivery consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals within budget requirements. Essential Functions ENGAGEMENT PROMOTION AND PROGRAM PLANNING

* Initiates, leads and project manages the execution of customer engagement projects and initiatives. May also perform tactical management for, but not limited to direct mail, email, web, social media, signage and person-to-person touchpoints.

* Ensures customer engagement solutions support the association's strategic plan.

* Use data to influence customer engagement strategy, including accurate identification of target audiences. VOICE OF CUSTOMER INSIGHTS PROGRAM

* Initiates, leads and project manages the execution of voice of customer insight projects and initiatives.

* Provides internal partners with recommendations about customer engagement drivers a well as voice of customer insights. Duties & Responsibilities

* Initiates, leads and project manages the execution of assigned projects and initiatives.

* Define and facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables.

* Define and assign project tasks and resource requirements.

* Develop full scale project plans and schedules. Sequence activities to meet delivery dates and schedule project timelines.

* Determine type, quantity and quality of resources required. Assemble and coordinate cross functional team (i.e. marketing, digital, creative, operations, product/service owners, customer service and others) to achieve project outcome.

* Meet regularly with the project team to discuss short and long term progress on project work.

* Provide direction and support to project team.

* Resolve issues that arise during work on a project, suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.

* Manage program budgets and resource allocation.

* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools such as Work Zone.

* Define quality expectations. Assure and control quality.

* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

* Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

* Provide project evaluations and assessment of results. Skills & Specifications REQUIRED

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited institution.

* 3+ years of experience managing and executing consumer promotions.

* 3+ years of experience managing and executing loyalty or CRM programs.

* 3+ years of experience managing and executing marketing campaigns.

* Exceptional project management skills and detail orientation, with bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

* Energy and enthusiasm for learning about customer engagement and loyalty.

* Critical thinking and problem solving skills, plus continual attention to process improvement.

* Excited to deliver high-quality output on aggressive deadlines with a high degree of autonomy and independence.

* Proven ability and desire to work in highly ambiguous environments. Experience bringing structure to complexity by designing simple, impactful frameworks that deliver results. DESIRABLE

* Remarkable passion for customers; customer-centric.

* Experience engaging diverse audiences.
