In this role, the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will help scope, plan, execute and manage a variety of challenging client engagements, including process improvement, consolidated financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting, and more! Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will enjoy the stability and resources of working for an organization with a history of success and more than 345 offices worldwide. Senior Financial Reporting Analyst Responsibilities: Prepares daily, monthly and quarterly financial reports and related analyses for Bank management. Prepares daily and monthly analyses of interest income and expense accounts. Researches variances in the accounts as necessary. Prepares daily liquidity reports for management. Researches, develops and documents financial reporting policies, procedures and controls. Recommends process improvements to management and implements such improvements when requested. Assists in the preparation of the quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. Prepares debt 8-K filings. Researches complex accounting-related issues and answers questions from executive management, accounting staff, and external auditors. Prepares financial reports for the Board of Directors. Supports other members of the financial reporting unit and accounting department. Reports any non-compliance with GAAP to the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Internal Audit. Recent ERP software experience, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards or Microsoft Dynamics. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc. Required: Certifications, CPA. Preferred: Advanced Degree, including MBA, MST, MPA or MA. *Requirements:* Senior Financial Reporting Analyst Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting required. Masters degree a plus. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. Minimum of 6+ years of industry financial reporting experience or 3+ years of public accounting experience required. Financial institution experience and SEC reporting experience strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, database languages, word processor and General Ledger Accounting System software required. Knowledge of Intrader financial software, Workiva/Webfilings, XBRL and exposure to derivatives all a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines required.
