* Assess functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and system-related policies and procedures in conjunction with business owners and MS Dynamics solutions partner .
* Responsible for the implementation, management, administration and support of MS Dynamics and other integrated systems.
* This includes troubleshooting system issues, participating in system upgrades, developing workflows, documenting processes, and providing technical support for users.
* Experience in migrating code and configuration through database setup / Solution packages between environments
* Define and write functional requirements based on business needs.
* Support the adoption, development and usage of MS Dynamics and other integrated systems throughout the organization.
* (Development + Testing) preferably in upgrade project.
* Provide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end user technical requests.
* Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks and maintaining and dating system documentation.
* Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
* Any experience implementing accounting/ inventory/stock control application (Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage 50, any ERP (Enterprise resource planning)) are a huge plus!
