Keeping Inventory Mod is a small mod which focuses on making survival tremendously easier for Minecraft player. The mod adds into your world of Minecraft two new functions which can be toggled on/off in the config file. They are both practical and friendly to use. The first change it implies is making creeper explosions has no effect on blocks. Blocks now are standing still beyond creeper explosion.
The second feature – an essential one, your inventory will be kept safe and sound after your death. Great, isn’t it? From now, your storage will be saved, all the precious items inside – those you have given blood and sweat to gather will not drop when you lose in a battle.
Please do not post anything about “but you can just do /gamerule keepInventory true”. I know you can do this and the reason I made this is because I tend to turn keepInventory on in all my worlds, so I made this mod to do it for me. But then I thought other people might want to use something like this so I released it to the public

Download and install Minecraft Forge
Download the mod.
Head to %appdata%.
Head to .minecraft/mods folder.
Drag and put the downloaded jar (zip) file into it.
If it does not exist, you can create one.
