An historic Seattle condo, No. 604 at 1519 Third Ave., in the heart of the city, is on the market for $1.35 million. It belonged to the late Gary Howse, an internationally renown hair designer and co-founder, with Manuel Benevich, of Gary Manuel Salons and Aveda Institute. Howse died unexpectedly in New York last year at the age of 57.
