Prerequisites
It’s better to be on safe side than feeling sorry later. So make sure to take the backup of data before starting with the process. Taking backup of data is quite easy. Many apps are there in Google Play to help you in this cause. Yes, they are free!!
Start the process after charging the battery for at least 80 percent mark. It’s better if you start the process with the battery meter indicating the full battery status.
Make sure that all necessary USB drivers are installed on your PC.
This tutorial is only for Nexus 10. Don’t try it on any other device.
Enable the USB Debugging mode on your device. You need to go to settings section of your device to perform this step.
Your Nexus 10 must be rooted. You might know that in order to install custom ROMs, your device must have custom Recovery installed on it. So, make sure that the ClockworkMod Recovery is installed on your Nexus 10.

Process to Install Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on Nexus 10
Download the CM10.2 Android 4.3 ROM file from this link Android 4.3 ROM File.
Download the Google Apps package from this link Google Apps Package. This step is optional.
Copy-paste both downloaded files to the SD card of your Nexus 10.
Disconnect the device now and turn it off.
Press Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons together.It will take your device to Bootloader Mode. When you are in this mode, just release all buttons. It will take the device to recovery mode.
Navigate to install zip from SD card option and then to choose zip from sdcard option.
You will see the list of all files that are there in your Nexus 10. Select the CM10.2 Android 4.3 ROM zip file.
If you have downloaded the Google Apps package, then install it by following the same steps that you followed to install ROM file.
Once the installation is finished, just go to the recovery main menu. There, select +++++Go Back+++++” and then “reboot system now”.
Your Nexus 10 will restart now.
