Successfully executed the projects for commissioning the Nashik ( seamless tube plant) plant in 1995 with its Hot mill consisting of induction heater, latest conical piercer mill, Assel  mill, Stretch Reducing mill, and Cold mill consisting of pilgers, Draw benches, Heat treatment Furnaces for carbon steel, stainless steel, and bearing/ alloy steel, and all lab/Testing  equipments  like eddy current, universal tensile testing machine, Vickers/Brinell Haardness, Impect Testing machine.

Successfully executed the prestigious order in Welspun Gujrat Stahl Roheren Ltd for API  like Barkha water transmission from Oman, ONGC, IOCL, Relience, Gail etc. & Water pipe line order from GWSSB/GWIL ADB( 203 kilometers) with cement coating under my supervision/guidance.

Successfully set up production facility, and Increase the welding speed upto 2 mtr/minute at WGSRL  for spiral welded pipe plant ( modification of Tandem welding both inside and out side,) and Increase the monthly production up to 4200 MT.
