The E-GOV-Goa (e-Governance of GOA) project is a major step towards the realization of GOA State Govt. The main objective of this project is to provide information that is ONLINE, RELIABLE and UPDATED to the decision-making bureaucrats. This can be achieved through the computerization of all Departments, intra-departmental communication through the hierarchy at department to state.
The objective of Directorate of Agriculture (DOA) is to implement various Agriculture Development Schemes sponsored by the State and Central Government(s). In order to achieve this objective, the directorate transfers the latest technical know how and information on agricultural schemes to the farmers in villages through the Zonal Agriculture Offices (ZAO) situated in each Taluka. Apart from the ZAO, there are Mechanical Cultivation Offices (MCO), Farms, Farmers Training Center (FTC), and Soil Testing Laboratory (STL), which, help in the transfer of benefits, and services that are provided to the farming community by the DOA.
The computerization of the DOA addresses the requirements of the various divisions of the DOA namely Zonal Agriculture Office, Mechanical Cultivation Office, Farms, Farmers training Centers, and Soil Testing Laboratory. The various activities carried out by the various divisions specified above are logically grouped into different modules.

Responsibilities:
Involved in the development of Commission Calculation. It includes
Security: Secured logins have been provided for each user giving them access depending on their roles. (Administrator, Super User and User)
Recruiter: Maintains information of all the recruiters and their status (Sales, Recruiting or both) along with commission details.
Project Info sheet: Recruiter only fills the project info sheet. It includes consultant details, Project details and client information.
Consultant: Maintains information of all the consultants along with commission details.
Timesheet: Maintains consultant’s number of hours worked as monthly, fortnight, Weekly timesheets. It is filled by consultant only.
Commission Calculation: Calculates total commission of the recruiter based on his Consultant status, overhead, client rate, pays rate and total hours worked by Consultants and the monthly commission will be added to salary of Recruiter.
Reports: Generates recruiter’s monthly, quarterly, yearly commission reports and Consultant’s information report.

Description: This project is to care of the sales made by the dealer of the fertilizer and pesticides company.It maintains the information of regular customers and his credit limit. It maintains information of various fertilizers, pesticide items and their quantity type details. This project maintains stock of various items in the warehouse. It generates reports on customer purchases year-wise, monthly-wise. It generates sales reports and stock report. It calculates the interest on every Transaction made by the customer during the year .the cumulative interest is added to the payment bill. The project deals mainly 4 modules namely:
1.Customer information module 2. Product module 3. Invoice module 4. Payments module
