· Supervise the servicing of the plant.
· Increasing the capacity of the towers.
· Leading the team of 4 members.
C. Handled independently various other sites along with different engineers such as M/s Surya Medicare Ltd. (Punjab), Jubilant Enpro Pvt. Ltd. (U.P), M/s Shivom Metal Controls Pvt. Ltd. (Haryana), Xpro India Ltd. (Haryana), Sterling Tools Pvt. Ltd. etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMED:

Worked with well qualified and dedicated engineers of different companies as an active member of the commissioning team for commissioning of the project and plant start up.

Checking, reviewing and implementing of P&IDs/PCCs/PFDs of the unit in the view of design and safety of operation during the time of project installation.
Ø
Pre-commissioning activities like inspection of equipments and pipelines, flushing of pipelines, leak test of vessels and pipelines. Performance of compressors and other equipments.

Successful commissioning & start up of unit with troubleshooting, adopting all the safety norms required during the time of plant start up.
Ø
Operated complete unit through PLC and Electronic Timer for couple of weeks after commissioning and start up for guarantee run test to get satisfactory performance.
