Objective of the project was to enhance relationship with Donors, improve income processing effectiveness and have unified view of donors. This was a very complex and challenging Project due to volume, complex data relations and data quality challenges. This will also provide single view and processes within Siebel CRM application for service and marketing processes. For implementation of the project agile model is followed.
