Description
Analytics PTG has been calculating the productivity of various departments manually. To find out the productivity, all the activities performed by the team are captured. The volume is taken from various teams manually and then processed.
Generalized Online Productivity Model (GOPM) automates the procedure of data collection and calculation i.e. instead of follow up by analytics team to the respective teams; access is given to the teams to update the data. For this, all the activities are considered as roles and these roles are mapped to respective people by administrators.
