One of the year’s biggest gatherings of creative minds under one roof will happen from October 4-8 in Los Angeles, as Adobe Max invites inspirational and iconic individuals involved in the photography, graphic design, illustration and film making industries to through provoking dialogues among a variety of lectures. Listen as these talented visionaries shares what inspired them to maximize their imagination to impact the world of creative content.
Documentary filmmaker Lee Hirsch, digital illustrator Jason Seiler and photographer Ami Vitale will serve as the main speakers to kick off five days of packed breakout sessions. These talks will serve to educate everyone who is aiming to gain industry knowledge and the skill sets required to further advance their careers in visual arts and other creative industries.
Hundreds of sessions, labs and workshops that will tackle the following six disciplines, which are expected to provide an endless stream of new information to the participants. Here is how Adobe MAX breaks it down:
99U - “The 99U track focuses on best practices for bringing ideas to life; ways to manage your time and energy to maximize creativity and productivity; and how to ensure you continually add new skills and deepen your mastery”
Digital Design - “This track will teach you how to plan, design, build, and measure the best digital content—including interactive ads and infographics, mobile app interfaces, and e-publications. We’ll cover the full range of tools, technologies, best practices, and most effective workflows.”
Digital Publishing – “Learn how content-centric mobile apps and EPUB digital books can help you connect with your customers and readers, build your brand, and grow your business.”
Graphic Design and Illustration - “Not only will you learn about the latest new features and technologies in the design world, like 3D printing and sketching and drawing apps and tools, but you’ll also find out how to maximize what you can do with the tools you use every day, like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.”
Photography and Creative Imaging - “In this track, you’ll hear from leading photographers and creative imaging experts who will share their inspirational stories and processes with you. Adobe experts will guide you through exciting sessions and hands-on labs covering specific topics, such as time-lapse photography, as well as teaching tips and techniques for getting the most out of the latest Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Lightroom mobile.”
Video - “Learn the tools and techniques to work smarter and faster from pre-production through post. Sessions include hands-on labs, advice from expert panels, and inspirational work by creative leaders in the industry — all to help you bring high-quality productions to any screen.”

The Adobe Max’ Creative Conference is expected to lure together more than 5,000 of the best minds in the creative industry. This much awaited congregation is also expected to fill the walls of its venues—the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Nokia Theater—with reverberating tales of innovation, inventiveness and trailblazing contributions to the creativity world.
